Bed Of My Soul - Unmade (second try)

Bed of my soul
Wrapped up in sheets
Pillows for comfort
Of snow white soft fleece

Remove the top layer
Of padding for sleep
My soul reaches out
For a soul mate to keep

Bed of my soul
Of double bed size
Two beating hearts
Where soul dreams reside

Under my bed
My soul it does hide
Whispering secrets
Too shy to confide

Bed of my soul
Two souls merged as one
A blending of minds
Our dream time begun

I like the metaphor here, too. It's a sweet poem and a unique perspective.
